JCI Extraordinary Annual General Meeting 2020
While the JCI Annual General Meeting is normally just once a year, this is an extraordinary meeting in order to hold an election for vacant positions, confirming the officeholders for the next year, changes to the constitution, as well as a report of the current board on this year’s performance.
When & where is it?
Keep the date: The next Annual General Meeting will be held virtually in a ZOOM conference call on Friday, 22nd May 2020 at 6pm. All members will receive a link to the AGM call.
Who can vote?
Any paid-up member of JCI Malta’s chapters can attend the Annual General Meeting and vote. Attendance is highly recommended.
Not able to attend?
If you are not able to attend, you can still cast a vote by naming a proxy. Simply fill in the form below to transfer your voting right to another JCI member.
