About the Course

The aim of this course is to help Local Organisations structure their recruitment process and create membership retention and management strategies that will lead to growth in quality members in their Local Organisation. This will be achieved through finding, properly training, and inducting candidates into becoming effective and active members who will climb the JCI career ladder and in turn motivate other candidates to join the organisation.

  1. Understand your Local Organisation better and prepare for recruitment.
  2. Provide your Local Organisation with tools to conduct effective recruitment
  3. Turn potential members into active & committed members
  4. Learn how to manage and maintain your new and existing members

Trainer

Heidi Jäntti from Helsinki, Finland works as a training director for The Federation of Finnish Enterprises. Heidi is also a licensed pharmacist and has a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy. Heidi has a passion for learning and skills development and therefore has also studied Psychology and Educational Sciences. Heidi has been an active member of JCI since 2007 and a trainer since 2011. Currently, she is a member of JCI Helsinki.

 

Certification & Accreditation

While this course is a JCI Accredited course, anyone can participate in this training for FREE. JCI Malta members will have the opportunity to sign up for the course also through jci.cc (https://jci.cc/en/trainings/26367) and following completion, take a test that will get them accredited in the course. These accreditations are perfect for anyone who would like to eventually become a JCI Accredited trainer and be able to deliver trainings not just locally but also world wide. Participants of the training that are not JCI Malta members, will receive a generic certificate of participation on the day that the course is completed.
